Return and Refund Policy

At NILA Foods , customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in ensuring product quality, packaging, and delivery. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Due to the nature of food products, refunds or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect or quality issue

2. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any eligible issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

4. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will:

  • Replace the product or
  • Initiate a refund to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
